I don't have serial number information at hand so I can't get any closer than that. Forehand Arms Co. Was purchased by Hopkins & Allen in 1902 and some of the pistol designs were produced by H&A for many years after that with the Hopkins & Allen name on them.

In good condition (which should be judged by a competent gunsmith) it can be fired with.32 S&W black powder cartridges.
