I think the only way to play them without their respective consoles is by using emulators in your PC - of all aforementioned consoles, only PS2 emulator worth trying, probably PCSX2, well not very good though it is capable to run several PS2 games. You might want to try if Fatal Frame PS2 will run. Haven't tried that, sorry.
